1. Responsible for sales and marketing of Medical/ Surgical Devices across Mumbai/Surat.
2. Meeting doctors, purchase or procurement managers in the hospital, clinics and medical shops.
3. Forecasting monthly sales and sales target achievement on monthly basis.
4. Exploring potential business avenues and achieving business growth and initiating market development efforts.
5. Implementing sales promotional activities for Medical Surgical Devices as a part of brand building and market development effort.
6. Establishing strategic alliances / tie-ups with financially strong and reliable channel partners; implementing effective strategies to wholesale sales.
7. Mapping clients requirements and providing them customised business solutions through new proposals, presentations and demonstrations.
8. Identifying and networking with prospective clients, generating business from the existing accounts and achieving profitability and increased sales growth.
9. Giving presentations and demonstrations to the prospective clients; handling various techno-commercial functions for securing projects.
10. Networking with the project team to ensure effective delivery of project solution keeping in consideration the pre- discussed parameters.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Must have minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing of Medical Devices/ Equipment.
Must have knowledge of West India market.
Experiance with anesthesia critalcare and Radiology are compulsory
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Should have negotiation, planning, organising and decision making skills.
Deep understanding and passion for technology desired.
